How Do I Obtain This Document?
- Identify the property address or lot number for which you need the covenant document.
- Access Titles Queensland: Go to the official Titles Queensland website or contact them via phone.
- Request a "Registered Search Statement" or "Title Search" for the specific property.
- Once you receive the title search, look for the section titled "Encumbrances, Caveats and Notices".
- The covenant will be listed with an instrument number. You can then purchase the full covenant document using this number through the Titles Queensland website or by contacting them directly.
