If you have any documents you’d like to reference during the meeting (e.g. site plan, permit, project timeline), make sure they are uploaded to your app before the meeting — we’ll be happy to review them with you. These documents are actually essential to help us ensure that your workflow is configured correctly.

What You Need to Do

Join the meeting at the scheduled time

Use the Teams video link provided when you were booked in. We recommend you join the meeting using a laptop or computer, as we may share our screen when looking at your documents or configuring your workflow. You don’t need to prepare anything for the meeting — just ensure anything you have done for your project so far has been uploaded to your Document Library.

Sit back while we finish your setup

After the meeting, your Customer Experience Manager will finalise your workflow setup and mark this task as complete for you... then it's over to you to start doing your tasks!
