What is a Fittings, Fixtures & Appliances Appointment?
A Fittings, Fixtures & Appliances Appointment is a
consultation with your supplier where you select all key items like
tapware, sinks, toilets, showers, kitchen appliances, and bathroom accessories for your build. These selections are essential for interior detailing and trade coordination.

Why is this Needed?
This appointment ensures your:
- Preferred styles, finishes, and models are locked in early
- Selections are compliant with plumbing and cabinetry layouts
- Products are ready for timely ordering and accurate installation
- Variations (if any) are captured before construction progresses
How it Works
1. Confirm your supplier. Contact the Expert Guidance and Support team to confirm your allocated vendor for fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
2. Book your appointment:
- Visit the supplier’s website or call their customer service team
- Look for an option like “Book Appointment” or “Schedule Selection Visit”
- Complete your booking form and provide relevant site or product preferences
3. Prepare for your appointment. Bring or have access to:
- Internal layout and cabinetry plans (if available)
- Any included items from your builder’s specification
- Visual references or product preferences (optional but helpful)
4. Attend your selection appointment:
- Select fittings and fixtures for wet areas (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry)
- Choose kitchen appliances (cooktop, oven, rangehood, dishwasher)
- Confirm finishes, energy ratings, and plumbing/electrical compatibility
- Ask about availability, upgrades, and delivery lead times
5. Finalise your selections. Record model numbers and finishes
