What is the Application for a Wastewater Management Assessment?
If your project involves installing or modifying an on-site wastewater system (such as a septic tank), you are required to submit a Section 68 Application to your local council. This is a legal requirement under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and applies to all developments using on-site sewage systems instead of reticulated (mains) sewer.
