What is a Fittings, Fixtures & Appliances Appointment?

This is a scheduled in-person consultation where you finalise selections for all major fittings, fixtures, and appliances in your build — including tapware, sinks, basins, toilets, showers, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, and more.

Why is this Needed?

These selections are essential for:

  • Ordering products in line with your approved plans and BOA allowances
  • Coordinating accurate installation timing for plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry
  • Ensuring compliance with design, regulations, and energy requirements
  • Avoiding delays or product substitutions during the build

How it Works

  • 1. Submit your documentation. Contact our Expert Guidance and Support team and provide the required documentation to initiate your booking with Harvey Norman Commercial.
  • Step 2: Wait to be contacted. Once your documentation is submitted, Harvey Norman will contact you within 5 business days to confirm an appointment time.
  • Step 3: Prepare for your appointment. Bring or have access to:
  • Builder’s inclusions or BOA allowances
  • Electrical and cabinetry plans
  • Any personal preferences or upgrade options
  • Energy rating or sustainability targets (if applicable)


Once Completed

Once you've completed your Fittings, Fixtures & Appliances appointment, upload it to the Document Library and then click the orange “Mark Complete” button to move to the next step in your construction workflow.
