This step ensures your Developer or Covenant Approval has been completed correctly and aligns with the estate’s design guidelines or your title’s covenant requirements. You’ll use a checklist to verify that your approval is clear, complete, and correctly documented before proceeding.

It’s important to verify that your approval is accurate, up-to-date, and free of errors. If your submission was approved with conditions or minor amendments, these must be reflected in your final documentation. A quality check now helps avoid delays with future planning or building approvals.
How it works
1. Open and read your Developer/Covenant Approval letter or certificate
2. Use the Build Buddy quality assurance tab to review key items
3. If anything is unclear or missing, contact the approving authority for clarification

Once Confirmed
Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed everything is correct, click the
orange “Mark Complete” button to move to the next step in your construction workflow.
