What is a Flooring & Tiles Appointment?

This is a scheduled in-person consultation where you finalise your selections for all internal flooring and wall tiles across your home. This typically includes finishes for main floor areas, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen splashbacks, and other tiled surfaces.

Why is this Needed?

These selections are essential to:

  • Lock in your preferred tile and flooring materials early
  • Ensure compatibility with your approved plans and BOA allowances
  • Allow your builder to proceed with procurement, cutting plans, and site preparation
  • Prevent delays during internal fit-out and wet area installations


How it Works

1. Request a referral. Contact the Expert Guidance and Support team to request a referral to CTM Flooring & Tiles, your allocated supplier.

2. Wait for booking contact. Once your referral is processed, CTM will contact you within 5 business days to schedule a suitable appointment.

Once Confirmed

Once you've confirmed your Flooring and Tiles Appointment, click the orange “Mark Complete” button to move to the next step in your construction workflow.
