To ensure you have the right tasks for your specific project and location, you will need to have a personalised Workflow Customisation Meeting.



Before this meeting, we will need key documents uploaded to your Build Buddy Document Library. This will help your Customer Experience Manager configure your workflow properly, to ensure that you are receiving the correct tasks and that your tasks run smoothly.

This is a crucial step in getting your project setup right — and it must be completed before your scheduled meeting.

Why We’re Asking for These Documents

These documents help us tailor your workflow accurately and efficiently. When you first signed up, you told us you're currently at the “Ready for Design” stage. Based on that, we’ve generated a list of documents to help us customise your experience.
