What is a Planning Property Report? 

A Planning Property Report is a free report from the state government that gives you key planning information about a specific property. It shows the zoning, planning overlays, and other restrictions or requirements that apply to the land under the local planning scheme. 


How Do I Obtain This Document?

  1. Go to the VicPlan website
  2. Enter the property address, lot, or parcel details. 
  3. Select the property on the map. 
  4. Click to generate and download the Planning Property Report as a PDF.
