This certificate confirms that the construction plans and development specifications are consistent with the development consent and comply with the Building Code and any other council requirements. 

1. Ask your building designer or surveyor. If they handled your subdivision or plans, they may already have a copy.  
2. If they do not have a copy, visit the NSW LRS Online Portal  
3. Search for your property – use your lot/DP number or street address to find the land. 
4. Select the 88B Linen Plan – look for the registered plan associated with your lot. 
5. Order the official copy – follow the prompts to purchase a digital or printed version. 
6. Save your copy – keep it for reference to check easements, covenants, and restrictions before building.
