This certificate confirms that the construction plans and development specifications are consistent with the development consent and comply with the Building Code and any other council requirements. 

1. Register for a NSW Planning Portal account to start your application here, if you don’t already have one
2. Select ‘Log in with a Service NSW account’ or enter your NSW Planning Portal login details. 
3. Follow the prompts to complete your application, either: 
4. as a standalone application, or 
5. by connecting to an existing development application. 
6. Review all the information provided on the application. 
7. Click submit
